The Story Behind the Collection

Pedro was an odd but lovable uncle who spent his entire life collecting Playboy and other adult magazines—boxes and boxes stacked everywhere like some kind of glossy-paper monument.

When he got older, he decided his “life’s archive” needed to stay in the family. So he left the entire collection to his nephew, along with one note:

“Take good care of these. They brought me joy for decades—maybe they’ll bring you a little luck.”

After inheriting the collection, I tried selling through eBay and other platforms, but constant listing restrictions, inconsistent policies, and high fees made selling virtually impossible. So, I decided to build my own place—somewhere organized, transparent, and actually welcoming to collectors.

And that’s how this site came to be.
