A quick guide to help you understand exactly what you're getting — whether you're a collector, a nostalgia hunter, or someone who just appreciates a good centerfold and a strong spine.

Centerfold Guarantee

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, all magazines include their original centerfold. If one is missing, the listing will clearly say so.

Sleeves & Protection

Every magazine ships re-sleeved in a protective plastic cover to keep it clean and safe. This sleeve may or may not be the original one that came with the magazine — but it’ll definitely be neat, tidy, and ready for display or long-term storage.

Mint / Near Mint

• Cover colors bright and glossy
• Pages clean with no writing or stains
• No missing or loose pages
• Very little or no spine wear
• No mailing label, or label removed with almost no trace

Very Good

• Light shelf or edge wear
• Minor spine stress or tiny corner creases
• Pages clean with only very small marks or age toning
• No missing pages
• Mailing label may be present but intact

Good

• Noticeable spine wear, creases, or small tears at edges
• Some writing, stamps, or small stains inside or on the cover
• Light waviness or minor moisture ripple with no active mold
• All main pages present, centerfold intact unless noted

Fair

• Heavy wear to cover and spine
• Larger creases, tears, or chips along edges
• Possible loose pages or small pieces missing from margins
• Centerfold may be loose or detached
• Basically the magazine equivalent of a guy who’s still charming, just has “character.”

Poor

• Major damage such as large pieces missing, heavy staining, or water damage
• May have multiple loose or missing pages
• Centerfold may be missing
• Perfect for art projects, décor, or if you like your magazines a little “experienced.”

Notes About Our Listings

• Any major defect beyond what’s normal for the grade is described clearly
• Photos show the exact magazine you’re getting — no surprises, no catfishing
• Missing centerfolds or inserts are always stated plainly, never hidden

Return Policy

Due to the collectible and delicate nature of vintage magazines, we do not accept returns except in two cases:

• If a magazine was supposed to include a centerfold and arrives without it
• If the wrong magazine was sent

That said, we genuinely want every customer to feel good about their purchase. If something seems off, confusing, disappointing, or if the mailman decided to practice karate with your package, reach out to us. We’re always happy to talk, troubleshoot, and work with you to make things right.
